“From the moment she stepped in on our wedding day, I knew we were in the best hands. She is incredibly detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and truly goes above and beyond. Because of her, I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about timelines, vendors, or all the little details. Everything ran so smoothly, and even when something didn’t go according to plan, Taylor already had a backup plan in motion before anyone else even noticed.
She is one of the sweetest, kindest people you’ll ever meet, and her passion for what she does shines through in every interaction. My husband and I kept saying throughout the day that we genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her. “From the beginning, Taylor was so kind, attentive, detailed oriented, and invested in making our wedding day amazing! She did multiple planning calls with me leading up to the wedding and was always so communicative and willing to answer any questions and give me any advice I asked for.
When you’re the bride who has spent so much time planning and creating a vision for your wedding, it means so much to have someone there on the day who understands that and can truly help bring it all together. Having Taylor there gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to be present and truly enjoy our wedding day.
We had a 265+ person backyard wedding with both the ceremony and reception outdoors on the property, so there were SO many moving parts. On top of that, we had rain that delayed the ceremony and a few other unexpected things. Taylor managed it all so well, especially with all of the vendors and people involved and the different ideas and opinions that can come with unexpected circumstances, all while keeping the stress entirely off of me. When needed, she would check in with me on the game plan to make sure I was comfortable and it aligned with what I wanted, and then take the lead in getting everyone moving in the right direction. I never ever felt panicked or stressed even once! She and her husband handled it all SO well and worked SO hard. I genuinely don’t know how they pulled it all off with just the two of them! And everything turned out so beautifully!
Taylor is also just such a sweet and caring person to have around you, and you can tell she genuinely cares about you and all of her couples!!
I am so so thankful we had Taylor as our coordinator and cannot imagine our wedding day without her there. It turned out so beautiful, our guests had so many wonderful things to say, and it truly couldn’t have happened without her! If you are considering hiring a coordinator, DO IT! It is so worth the investment, and I highly recommend Olive & Oak Details! 🤎
